This coaching program is designed specifically to meet your goals and desires with an emphasis on vitality, injury prevention, and improving your fitness through a movement assessment that'll identify your imbalances, weaknesses, and/or deficiencies. My philosophy is to then utilize The 7+3 Movement Patterns one would encounter in real life (hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, gait, and rotation) coupled with the three modes of weight training (holds, loads, and carries). My primary focus is to promote a well-balanced and structurally sound body where we improve your imbalances. Failing to adhere to these principals, like many trainers do, sets an individual up for overuse injuries, muscle imbalances, deficiencies and plateaus.

Prior to your training program you’ll undergo a movement assessment (virtual or in person) and be asked to fill out paperwork describing your goals, injury history, and current fitness level. Then, I’ll create an 8-week program tailored to your time, equipment availability, ability level, and goals. These workouts will be enjoyable, unique, and varied so boredom does not ensure. You will have the ability to message me throughout our journey for any questions or concerns that arise - an aspect you will not find in many online fitness programs.
